Privacy notice for this website

This notice covers the Price Policy Guard marketing website and its early-access form. The Shopify app has its own privacy policy, which covers information the app handles for merchants.

Who we are

Price Policy Guard is operated by Zenvia LLC. You can reach us at privacy@pricepolicyguard.com.

What we collect through the early-access form

• Your business email address.
• Your Shopify store address.
• An optional short note about your discount problem, if you write one.
• Your agreement to receive launch emails, the exact wording you agreed to, and the date and time you agreed.
• Campaign tags in the web address you arrived from (for example utm_source), if present.

We do not collect customer or order records, passwords, API keys or payment details through this website. Please do not put them in the note field. We do not store your IP address on the list.

Spam protection. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is filling it in. Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser for this check. To stop one source from sending many sign-ups, we also keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your network address for up to one hour. It cannot be turned back into your address and is not added to the list.

Why we use it

We use this information only to email you about the launch and early access to Price Policy Guard, and to understand which campaigns bring people to the list. We do not sell it and we do not share it for advertising.

Who handles it for us

The website and the early-access list are hosted with Cloudflare, which processes the information on our behalf. If we add an email-sending service, we will list it here before we use it.

How long we keep it

We use your entry only to contact you about the launch and early access. When that purpose has ended, we delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we do that instead (see below).

If you unsubscribe, we erase your store address, note and campaign tags and keep only your email address, the record of what you agreed to, and the unsubscribe date, so that we do not contact you again. We delete that remaining record when you ask us to, or when we no longer need it to honour your choice.

Our database provider keeps an automatic history of recent changes for recovery, so a deleted entry can remain in that history for up to 7 days on the free plan or up to 30 days on a paid plan before it is gone for good. We do not use that history for anything else. Any spreadsheet we export from the list for our own use is deleted when we no longer need it. The scrambled network address described above is removed automatically after one hour.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email we send, or write to privacy@pricepolicyguard.com to ask us to see, correct, unsubscribe or delete your entry. We will act on a verified request within 30 days. To protect you, we may ask you to confirm that you control the email address first. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law, and we will respond as the law requires.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies. If we turn on website analytics, we will use a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies or track individuals across sites, and we will update this notice first.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top.
